We are pleased to announce a fundamental milestone that strengthens our autonomy: the installation of the new 50 KW photovoltaic system! This strategic investment is aimed at maximum self-consumption and our energy independence.
Our commitment to the environment has deep roots, starting with the design of our headquarters:
Headquarters Design and Care (Since 2002)
- Effective Design: our Green strategy was conceived from the outset, through the use of:
- Ventilated curtain walls, double-glazed windows with interrupted thermal break.
- Office building with double wall and insulation in the cavity.
- Heating system with condensing boilers.
- Air conditioning system with a water-based heat exchanger using well water, which is then recycled for park irrigation.

- Green Areas: since the construction of the new headquarters in 2002, we have planted 150 arboreal species (maples, hornbeams, oaks, olive trees, fruit and flowering trees) in our garden, covering approximately 6,000 sqm, an initial investment in biodiversity and the quality of the work environment.
Our commitment is realized today through:
- Energy Consumption and Renewables
- LED Efficiency: Lighting completely replaced with LED systems.
- Renewable Energy: In 2024, 23% of total electricity consumption (78,298 MWh) came from renewable sources.
- Clean Production: Processes based solely on manual assembly (zero direct fossil fuels).
-  Waste Management
- We carry out sorted waste collection (metal, wood, cardboard, plastic).
- We promote the reuse of cardboard for packaging and shipping.
-  Awareness
- Management is active in sustainability workshops.
- Future training activities are planned to integrate green principles at all levels.
These actions lay solid foundations for our future. We continue to work towards a company where efficiency and culture are increasingly attentive to environmental and social well-being.
