Multifunction calibrators are mainly used to make it easier to calibrate digital thermometers, transmitters, temperature converters and electrical signal converters.
These instruments consist of a standard signal generator that simulates thermocouples, resistance thermometers, voltage, current and other electrical signals and a separate digital reader that reads temperature or electrical signals.
The calibrator can have a certificate issued by national calibration and measurement centres, this represents a standard instrument to calibrate various devices.
